The Southern Ocean Chamber is proud of its 18th year of sponsorship for The Lighthouse International Film Festival (LIFF). A nonprofit member dedicated to showcasing innovative films and supporting emerging filmmakers, announces its 2026 edition on Long Beach Island from June 10–14. 

Named the Coolest Film Festival by MovieMaker Magazine, LIFF brings five days of screenings, panels, Q&As, workshops, networking, beach parties and surfing to the Jersey Shore. The festival features a diverse lineup of feature films, shorts, documentaries, comedies, dramas, horror, surf films and more—many arriving fresh from Tribeca, Cannes, Sundance and SXSW. 

This year’s special guests include Tony Shalhoub and Jason Alexander, who will appear for exclusive conversations and a masterclass for filmmakers and fans. LIFF continues to serve the community with programs that inspire, challenge and connect audiences through the art of film. Volunteers are welcome to sign up and assist throughout the event.
